Voice MailTo set up Voice Mail, please call 435.837.6000 and provide us with a 4-digit PIN you would like to use to access your Voice Mail.
To check your Voice Mail from home, dial your home phone number and enter your 4-digit PIN when prompted. To check your Voice Mail when you are away from home, dial 435.837.9000 and enter your 4-digit PIN.
If you would like to receive e-mail notifications when you receive a new voice mail message, please call 435.837.6000 and we will set this up for you.
Call ForwardingTo forward your calls dial *72 and enter the number you would like your calls forwarded to. To remove call forwarding, dial *73.
Three-Way CallingThree-Way Calling lets you talk to two people at the same time. You can use Three-Way Calling even if you didn't start the phone call; and when using this feature, the normal airtime rates will be charged for each of the two calls. To make a three-way call: - Enter the phone number you want to call and press TALK.
- Once you have established the connection, press TALK again to get a dial tone.
- Dial the second phone number as you normally would and press TALK.
- When the second call is answered, press TALK again to add the first caller to the conversation.
If one of the people you called hangs up during the call, you and the remaining caller stay connected. If you initiated the call and are the first to hang up, all three callers are disconnected. Call Privacy: This feature allows you to block your information so it will not show up on CallerID when calling a telephone number. Dial *67 then the phone number you are calling. Call Waiting: A tone notifying you to an incoming call, you can place your current call on hold to receive the other call. Most phones have a FLASH button that allows you to answer incoming calls. Caller ID: Displays the name and number of the person calling. Call Waiting Caller ID: Combines the benefits of both
